FAQ

  • Do I still have to pay if I don't finish my course or coaching program?

    Yes. The client shall pay to Coach the total amount of the product and or service purchases and provided regardless of the client's level of participation or active status. A deposit, equal to 1 installment payment is due immediately to services.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    No. The client shall not be entitled to any refunds in full or in part for payments made under this Agreement for any reason, including but not limited to termination of this Agreement. All funds paid shall be considered compensation for services rendered. Any unused service hours included under any monthly retainer will not be refunded or rolled over month-to-month.

  • What are your fees?

    Late Fee: 5% of missed payment every month the payment is delinquent. There is a 5-day grace period on late payments. Finance Charge: 17% on payment plans offered by Life After Service Transitional Coaching LLC dba LASTCo. Check with your third-party creditor or lender for their fees. Full payments upon enrollment do not include a finance charge.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    The client agrees to provide a 4-hours of notice of cancellation in advance of such session. The client agrees to pay the entire session fee for any session not canceled 4 hours in advance, and any sessions not canceled 4 hours in advance will not be rescheduled. The Coach reserves the right to categorize a session as a "No-Show" if the client is more than 15 minutes late. The client agrees to pay the entire session fee for any session categorized as "No-Show", the session will not be rescheduled.
